At Tom's Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the items back in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
